It all begins with an initial consultation where we clarify your needs and expectations. We will agree on the date and location for the photoshoot (studio or your company). On the day of the shoot, we will take care of everything necessary – from lighting to makeup artist services, if needed. Photographing one person usually takes 15-30 minutes. After the photoshoot, you will select the best shots, which we will edit and deliver in the agreed format.

After the photoshoot, you will receive small previews of all the successful photos, and you can choose which ones you would like to have edited and delivered in print quality, including unlimited usage rights. The first sample photo is free, and each additional one costs 300 CZK + VAT.

The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. If needed, we also offer express delivery within 24 hours (for an additional fee).

We recommend formal or smart casual clothing that aligns with your company’s culture. Solid-colored clothes without bold patterns are ideal. We are happy to provide more detailed recommendations based on your company’s identity.

It’s not necessary, but basic makeup can look better in photos. We offer the services of a professional makeup artist who will provide natural makeup suitable for business portraits.

A good photographer can capture anyone in a flattering light. Our photographers have extensive experience in portrait photography and will guide you to look natural and confident. We create a pleasant atmosphere and work with lighting and composition to ensure the best results.

For the basic setup, we need a space of approximately 3×4 meters and access to an electrical outlet. Ideally, the space should be quiet and free from distractions.

We recommend getting enough sleep, avoiding alcohol the day before the photoshoot, and arriving in a good mood. Everything else is our job – we will help you with poses and expressions.

Yes, upon request, we also provide photos in black and white, or in other edits according to your preferences.

We typically provide a license for unlimited use of the photos with every purchased edited photo. Complete information about the licensing terms is available upon request.
